A smooth and rich dry gin, juniper forward, but with a delicious hint of hedgerow berries, which we’ve foraged locally and infused to create this naturally pink gin expression.

Botanicals - Juniper. Raspberry, Blackberry, Bilberry & Crab Apple.

Tasting Note - Smooth. Juniper Rich with a pleasant note of British native berries.

Can be sipped neat over ice or enjoyed with a plain tonic, for extra depth, add a raspberry.
