Unlike most ‘regular’ beers, brewers of Lambics don’t pitch yeast, they merely let nature do it’s work in breweries that have been kept the same for centuries in order to preserve the unique bacteria cultures that spontaneously ferment the beer. This beer is all cherries and tangy tartness coupled with an outrageous but supple sweetness. The aroma is sour cherry partnered with a candied fruits and to taste, it meets all the expectations the aroma promises.
