Taylors Chip Dry White Port
Chip Dry White Port was first created by Taylor's back in the 1930s, and its a style that has held its own in the hugely successful port house's range ever since. The grapes are fermented for longer than usual, leading to a crisp, dry finish - hence the name (it's not a suggestion to pair with with something from your local chippy).
Tasting Note - Almond and oak, followed by fresh green apple and a hint of unripe pear. A good level of acidity throughout.
