The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range from Morrison Whisky Distillers is an example of Independent Bottling at its finest. Always bottled at 47.5% to give maximum flavour and balance between the spirit and the cask.
This peated single malt distilled at Glenturret Distillery was bottled from Sherry Hogshead and consists of just 2243 bottles.
Nose: Charred Oak, cooked fruits and a puff of smoked malt.
Palate: Smoked barley, stewed dates and vanilla.
Finish: Lingering, pink peppercorns and dark chocolate.
